PRODUCTS AND PRICES

The prices of products displayed are inclusive of VAT at 22% (unless otherwise stated). The purchase price is fixed and definitive. It doesn’t include the cost of delivery charged separately, that will be indicated in the order confirmation. They set aside those published previously. 

Regali D'anna di D'anna Grazia e C. S.n.c reserves the right to confirm and modify them when buying from its website maisonbel.com.

For deliveries outside of the European Union , the customer must pay the customs duties , VAT or other taxes on the importation of products in the country where you intend to deliver . The customer is solely responsible for the verification of the possibility of importing the ordered products with respect to the law of the country of delivery.

The customer at the time of order assumes full responsibility for the choice of products purchased as these are not provided in the test. In reference to the images of products may be indicative and not binding .

Any special offers are valid until stocks are exhausted, as well as any gifts reserved for customers for whom there will be no service and replacement.

Credit card

In case of purchase of goods with credit card payment , together with the conclusion of the online transaction, the bank of reference shall authorize only the amount of your purchase. The credit cards accepted are all those who support the Visa and Mastercard circuits.

Bank transfer

In case of payment by bank transfer , the customer will do it  by using the coordinates that will be sent by e-mail at the same order summary . In the bank transfer , the customer must indicate : " maisonbel Order No..... " . We ask preferably to send a copy of the bank transfer by e- mail at info@maisonbel.com .   The submitted order will be shipped only when the determined amount will be actually credited on our checking account , which must take place within 10 working days from the date of acceptance of the order , after which the order will be canceled.

The products remain  property of Regali D'anna di D'anna Grazia e C. S.n.c until full and final payment of their price ( in accordance with Art. 1523 et seq of the Civil Code. ) Regali D'anna di D'anna Grazia e C. S.n.c reserves the right to claim the goods ordered in the event of non-payment.

In this case at the request of Regali D'anna di D'anna Grazia e C. S.n.c , Customer agrees to return any product not paid for, with expenses onhis own.

The acceptance of these conditions of sale constitute a contract accepted by both parties and as such have legal value.

 RULES 'OF DELIVERY

All orders unless modified or canceled within 24 hours of the acceptance, by e- mail at info@maisonbel.com , will become executive . Delivery times are estimated at around 4/5 working days for Italy and 8/ 10 working days to European destinations for all products available in stock. The delivery of products not available in stock occurs within 1-8 weeks from the receipt of payment. These terms , although carefully evaluated , are not binding for the Regali D'anna di D'anna Grazia e C. S.n.c which can then edit or confirm them , depending on their availability and / or needs. Any delay in delivery of less than 60 days (sixty ) does not entitle the customer to refuse delivery of the products, or to claim damages or compensation of any kind .

Purchased products will be delivered by courier or carrier to the address given by the customer at time of purchase. The customer has the right to choose between different modes of transport at the time of purchase. The goods  properly packaged travel for the account and risk of the buyer from the moment of delivery to the carrier .

Shipping charges , if any, will be specified in the order.

At the time of delivery, or stationary store, the customer must verify that :

• The number of packages is the one indicated in the transport document .

• The packaging is not wet or otherwise altered.

• There are no signs of breakage.

In all these cases the goods must be refused or withdrawn with reservation.

It is pointed out to the customer that the bulbs are not included ( unless explicitly indication).

In case a product is not possible to deliver for any reason, the customer will be contacted and if it  cannot be fond an alternative item will be refunded for the amount of the product itself without any other charge by the Regali D'anna di D'anna Grazia e C. S.n.c.

It is understood that all deliveries , except where expressly stated , are carried out at street level.

In the absence of the recipient, the carrier will leave a notice at the time of passing to the delivery address specified by the customer . Products must be picked up at and in the manner specified by the carrier . In case of failure to withdraw by the deadline set by the carrier , the Products will be returned to the Regali D'anna di D'anna Grazia e C. S.n.c, which reserves the right to refund the price of the products , leaving the shipping costs charged to the customer .

In case of error inherent the product , the Customer agrees to return such Product or Products to Regali D'anna di D'anna Grazia e C. S.n.c within 7 (seven ) days from receipt , provided that they are returned  unopened , in their original condition and packaging with their documents of accompaniment . Once we receive the product in the correct manner and form , Regali D'anna di D'anna Grazia e C. S.n.c will return , at their own expense , the Product initially ordered .

In the event of force majeure shall be suspended , in a first time , in its own right , the execution of the order. . If the force majeure lasts for more than 3 (three) months , the order will be automatically canceled , unless otherwise agreed by the parties. The cases of force majeure, in addition to those normally considered by the case are : the total or partial strikes , internal or external , blocking of means of transport or supply for any reason, legal or governmental restrictions , computer failures , block including telecommunications networks and the Internet in particular .

In accordance to D. Lgsl. 206/2005, the customer (if it qualifies as a "consumer" within the meaning of article 1 letter b) has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days from delivery of the related products. To implement the right of withdrawal you must contact our customer service number +39 0922/416926, send an e-mail to info@maisonbel.com. This right may be exercised only on condition that:

• the product has never been used or removed from the original packaging.

• The product is returned complete with all its parts.

• The cost of shipping, insurance and any other expenses will be borne by the customer.

• it isn’t an item on promotion, special offer or part of the outlet section.

The deadline for repayment is 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the customer who buys for purposes related to their employment and thus communicate their VAT to Regali D'anna di D'anna Grazia e C. S.n.c.

WARRANTY-TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

The Regali D'anna di D'anna Grazia e C. S.n.c guarantees only the physical integrity of the Products at the time of delivery.

Any defects covered by warranty Regali D'anna di D'anna Grazia e C. S.n.c must be reported by the customer, subject to forfeiture , no later than ten (10 ) days from the date of delivery. S.n.c Guarantee , the customer will be entitled to replacement of products damaged upon return of the same, being excluded the right of the Client to compensation for any further damage . As a result, the total or partial reproduction, on any media type, the elements that make up the site and the catalog, their use and their sale to third parties is strictly prohibited.

INTEGRITY OF THE CONTRACT

These general conditions of sale constitute the wholeness of the obligations of the parties. No general or particular conditions communicated by the customer can enter or go beyond these general conditions.
